Ages 8-16

The youth ball hockey training camp will consist of various skill development activities for the youth. It will consist of general fitness building along with passing, shooting, stick handling and team work drills. Kids will work on their own and in groups to learn the value of team work. Sessions will be at a good pace and feedback will be provided to each individual child and parents if need be. The final session will consist of a mini tournament where you will use all you have learned in a competitive team setting.
